Small set of approximately 50 comic books and baseball cards.  Many of these are properly boarded and sleeved, but none professionally graded.  All covers attached and no stains or rips.  Stored in dry, smoke-free condition for over 50 years.  From comparing other online copies of Spiderman #4, it may grade between 3.5 and 4.5 - although I am not a professional appraiser.  $1900 cash for entire set.  I could deliver or meet within 50-100 miles.
