First is a standard sling swivel mount type bi-pod with quick retract of leg extensions it's retracted legs measure 6" and extended 9" and can be adjusted and locked anywhere in between. The unit is as new, never used. Price $15.00

Second is a Versa-Pod model 150-2 with a sling swivel adapter included.  The unit extends from 9" to 12" and 5 stops in between and full extension is spring assisted. Another unit as new, never mounted. Price $60.00
