Leaf is mechanical and opens or retracts with just one hand.    One person can open or close the table.

The table top size is 54 inches by 54 inches when open. It is 42 1\2 inches by 54 inches with leaf retracted. The height to top of chair backs is 42 1\2 inches. The heigh of the tabe top is 37 inches from floor.

The table top comes off with 4 fasteners so it will be easy to take off for hauling. This set will require a truck to transport.

This table can be passed down to Children and even Grandchildren. I have no one left.
