03 Polaris Ranger, 4x4 500 full size. Less than 5 hours on full rebuild

       We got this the beginning of summer for my wife to run around town. I took it very much apart and went through everything. But it just is just too big for us and now I’m working on a small car for her.

      It now has a new top-end, including piston, rings, cylinder and new valves and valve springs. Brakes have been gone through and new A-arm bushing, axle boots, air intake hose new battery and all new tires. We did not drive it enough to even wear off the nubs. Recovered the seat and added a rear view mirror. It also has a Warn wench.

     In very good shape and ready to go.
