Salary: $13.00 /hour
Benefits available after 90 days for FT employees (35 HRS +)
Requirements:
AT LEAST one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer, and call scripting, along with the ability to switch between campaigns and programs quickly and efficiently is REQUIRED FOR REMOTE CANDIDATES- NO EXCEPTIONS
Clear, professional, and friendly voice
High-Level People of Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Strong Communication Skills
Outstanding attendance and punctuality
Reliable transportation (in office only)
High School diploma or GED
Intermediate Computer Skills are a must
General Duties Include:
Typing
Data capture and entry
Quickly switching between campaigns and dialers
Maintaining a working knowledge of campaign guidelines, and scheduling requirements by each manufacturer
Answering inbound, or making outbound calls for the duration of your scheduled shift *(wherever you are needed. This is not an option you get to choose.)
Valued Skills and Experience:
One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience
Experience in both inbound and outbound environments
Sitting for long periods of time
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Working at a desk for long periods of time
Working and viewing a computer screen for the duration of your scheduled shift
Customer service experience is preferred
For remote work you must have high speed internet, a pc/laptop with Windows 10, (Apple/Mac and Chromebooks are not allowed), and USB connected headphones with microphone and mute button.
You must also have a quiet place to work, free from distractions, including pets & children.
