I am looking for someone to take over my 2b1b, my lease will end on Nov. 30th. You could renew the lease afterward. The earliest move-in date is Oct. 10th. I am eager to get the rental settled before I move out of the state on Oct. 12th.

If you take over my lease, you will only pay about $300 for the Oct. rent if you move in before Oct. 12 or 13. And you will get the following stuff for free in Oct.: wifi ($35), a microwave ($30) if you need it, a table ($35 -45), and an application fee ($30) reimbursement if you get approved. So, technically, it will cost you less than $200.

To take over my lease, you need to fill out the application; If your application gets approved, I could reimburse you for that application fee.

Message me if you are interested. This is a nice apartment in a nice, safe, and stunning neighborhood, no more apartments above you, nice and new hard wooden floor, recently changed the carpet. Sorry, this is not a pet-friendly apartment. If you HAVE a washer and dryer you can hook up both. You only need to pay the gas and electricity fees besides the rent.
