Camper was used for a long-term living. All plumbing including 12 volt water pump work good. Has 50 amp electrical service built-in 12 volt inverter and has an extra $220 volt outlet inside. AC motor locked up and I removed it but it cools great when working fairly inexpensive ($200 off Amazon) could negotiate repair. Has a full room slide in the living area and a slide in the master bedroom. Both work great. No leaks in roof. Hot water heater is all electric the original is still in place. Original refrigerator has been replaced by an apartment size fridge works great. 37 foot overall length. Has fairly new tires with no weather check. Camper also includes a full custom skirting that goes all around the camper with the slides out. $4200 OBO
