Bought this two years ago so our son could go to the lake with us.  They used it once and it is just taking up space in my shed.  It is in good to excellent condition. The canvas, zippers,  two full size mattresses, cushions for the dinette are clean and in excellent condition. The dinette  makes into a smaller bed, maybe a twin. I installed a 1,000 watt inverter to power the 2 year old effecient refrigerator, small coffer maker etc. 12 volt battery is 2 years old. There is a plug for a solar panel. (Not included).  Tires were replaced by previous owner and are in excellant condition. New bedding, cookware, plates, silverwear etc. are included. Also in included is a port-a-pot so the little ones and mom don't have to go out at night. This camper is ready to go. Bring your food and go camping. The aluminum top does have hail dents but no holes or leaks.  757-672-5128
