This is a large electric fryer - requires 3 phase electricity. 

The fryer works and you can test it when you pick it up if you wish. It comes with the grease filter pump that stores underneath the fryer. I have never used the oil filter pump but presumes it will work. 

The unit is dusty from just setting and needs to find a home to fry donuts, french fries, chicken, or whatever you wish!
