ARE fiberglass pickup truck bed hard shell cover. Dont know much about this, it was in the garage of a house I bought. I do not have a key for the lock. It looks like it is missing some hardware

ID plate says it is for a 2006 GMC Sierra DC (double cab?) it probably fits other years or 1500 series Chevy Silverado 1500

If you want to repurpose it some possible uses might be to use it for a roof for a shed or firewood storage or to cover some lumber or metal, or use it as a lean-to hog or goat shelter or a shade area for chickens or small livestock
