This camper is in great condition. Perfect starter for the family camping adventures. 

Everything works and fresh water tank is good. Sleeps six and the cooktop and table top can be attached outside for open air cooking and dining. No propane tanks included. I rebuilt the Cable lifts and the canvas and screens are in excellent condition with no holes or rips. AC/DC power converter works. New tires and rims plus two spares\on rims included.  

one jack was broken that I never got around to replacing but I have the replacement that just needs to be welded on. There is some hale damage on the roof but no leaks. Top vent replaced.  

I was going to add solar panels for boondocking but we just outgrew it with 15 grandkids we decided to upgrade.
