I have a clean 1293 head.  It has the green wear strips on the crop dividers.  I used John Deere combine sealant to seal around them, and it discolored a little. The head has new bearings in the center of the head for the auger.  

It has hydraulic deck plates, that work fine, and automatic height wands on it.  It has a single point hydraulic and light coupler as well.

This head only needs to be checked over and the oil/grease levels topped off.  The chains are all tensioned and ready to go.  I have gone over this head the last 2 years to get it ready to pick, and have not used it.  It is time for it to get a new home where it will get used.
