I have a 2012 5 x 8 enclosed trailer. Inside Trailer measurements are 57” x 94”. Lights work great, tires and rims are in new condition. 2” ball, it has (1)3,500 lb axel. 3000 lb jack on the front of the trailer. Rides great down the road. Sold on a bill of sale and I have the certificate of origin in hand. Located in Hays Ks. Cash only, no exception.
