Even with it's issues, this camper is an upgrade from tenting.
Off the ground, nice indoor cooking space, indoor toilet, conditioned air.
2005 Rockwood Forrester, High wall with slide-out dining table. 3840 Lbs.
Very Spacious for a pop-up camper. Sleeps 6 with dining dining table/bed.
Low mileage on tires (6 summers)
Features-
Roof mounted Air conditioner. wall heater, heated mattresses, hot water heater, city water hook up, propane stove, microwave, electric (only) refrigerator (not gas), interior toilet with exterior cartridge-style tank (easy to empty), indoor shower with curtain, hanging shelves for kitchen items, cabinet mounted stereo, electric lift motor (motor slowing down, but I use a cordless drill on manual override to lift roof), cordless drill (included).
Issues-
Floor damaged by door. some stains on canvas with a 2 small repairs, lift arms reinforced on hard top (visible from outside), underside lining worn, lift motor slowing (see above). We've never used the fresh water storage so I'm certain it would need to be flushed or just use the city water hook up.
Set up take about 20 minutes, which I would be glad to demonstrate if you want to see it for yourself, inside and out. call for an appointment 1-785-259-6853 Brad
