I'm selling my 2005 Case 40XT skid steer. It runs and operates excellent. No leaks, or issues. It has new tires with around 5 hours on them.

All fluids/filters changed 5 hours ago.

The hour meter is very hard to see. Sometimes you can beat on it with your palm and get it to show, but the LCD screen is failing. The last time it was viewable, it was showing 850ish hours. At that time, a new analog hour meter was installed to keep track of maintenance items. It was installed 5 hours ago.

The skidsteer is all hand controls, with aux controls controlled by a foot operated rocker pedal. It has a quick connect bucket. The bucket has a removable tooth bar on it.

This is a great running, solid skid steer. We have run out of uses for it, so its just taking up space now.
