For sale is a 38 foot with one large slide Holiday Rambler Motorhome that is in good to excellent condition. I am the 2nd owner and is stored inside unless we are using it.  Ford Chasis with V-10 with the Banks Power Pak with 45,000 miles. I have been through this for top to bottom, had work done at Rich and Son's in Grand Island Nebraska with over $10,000 of upgrades. New Splended washer and dryer, New awnings, New Windshield, Tires in excellent conditon front tires 2 years old. New resealed seams on roof and rubber coat by Rich and Sons. New A/C covers, and top covers. Lots of extras to go with. Price is in the ballpark for as nice as it is. So don't call and low ball me.  We are looking to up grade and been searching the prices and know what they are going for. If interested and want to buy and not take now, I would entertain the thought of leaving it in my storage until this coming spring to early summer as it is with the understanding that if a storm or fire took my building I'm not liable. I would store it for free during that time so that it would not set out during the winter. It never has set out in weather.  I'll work with you and even consider partial trades for 1967-1970 muscle cars (depending on what they are), 4x4 pickups, espicially good 7.3 powerstroke, or even a good service truck for field work.
