Boat has gator glide on bottom & sides

Boat has a dent in the left side towards rear but no leaks or structural damage. I purchased it this way. 

Take a look at the pictures. Boat is in excellent shape. Had hydro turf & light bar

I currently have fish finder & trolling motor but they do not come with the boat. 

Make me a reasonable offer. These are not cheap boats.
