Black Angus Beef: Whole, ¾, ½ or ¼.

• Our cattle are born and raised right on our ranch.
• Cared for each day in the most humane manner possible.
• Harvested for processing at approximately 20-22 months of age.
• Never given supplemental feed antibiotics or growth hormones.
• Grass/pasture fed their entire lives.
• Supplemented the last approx. 90 days with Purina feed to aid with meat marbling.

The processing date is August 30th at Stroot’s Locker in Goddard KS.
Once the cattle are processed the packaged meat should be ready for pickup a few weeks later.

We sell in whole, ¾, ½, or ¼ beef quantities at $3.00/lb. hanging weight; the cost of the animal will be paid to us.
Also based on hanging weight, you will pay Stroot’s for the processing costs which will depend on your specific processing choices. Once the cattle are delivered, the locker will contact you to discuss your processing preferences.

Order Deposit: ¼ beef - $100. ½ beef - $200. ¾ beef - $300. Whole beef - $400.

EXTRA GROUND BEEF: We plan to have at least one animal processed into just ground beef: 1-lb packages at $5.00/lb. ($5.00/package). That price includes both the cost of the animal and processing.
If you want to order some of this additional ground beef and are buying a ¼, ½, etc. of one of the other animals, we ask that you purchase a minimum of 25 lbs. (25 packages).
If you are interested in just ordering some of the additional ground beef and are not buying any of the other cut meat animals, we ask that a minimum of 50 lbs. be purchased (50 packages). For the 50 lbs. minimum ground beef only orders we ask that a $50 deposit be paid.
