XR 400 Honda 4 stroke, good condition. This is not a street legal machine and does not have turn signals and no title. That is the way it cam from factory. These are very torquey low end power. It will climb about anything with the right gearing and if you can hang onto it.  Many of these are used to make flat tracker bikes in the day.   If you are not familar with these you need to check hard starting issues online. You must have the correct jetting etc. One time if will start second kick the next time it might take 16.
