Motel/Lodging property in Gothenburg Nebraska is seeking a resident/live-in Remodeler/Maintenance Tech

Compensation:
- All bills paid eeficiency room will be provided in exchange for 20 hours/week
- Any hours after the 20 hours/week will be paid negotiated hourly.

Duties include:
Duties include:
- Remodeling rooms
- Repair and remodeling rooms that include painting, drywall repair, trim work, replacing floor, laying tiles, plumbing, lite electrical, etc.
- Outdoor painting, siding work, replace light bulbs, etc.
- cleaning up parking lot
- annual maintenance of heat and air units
- annual maintenance includes testing smoke alarms, spraying for weeds, grass and insecticides; flush/test fire hydrants
- back up and on-call for emergencies general maintenance duties as assigned by property manager.
