This is a cute little camper that offers a large amount of functionality. When the camper is all folded up, the camper only takes up about 17' of space, making it easy to park in the city if space is limited. The front and back sides of the camper open up into two queen-size beds. The beds are very secure, rated for over 1,000 lbs each. The table and dinette can also be turned into beds. 

The refrigerator can run off of either LP gas or electricity. The microwave, oven, stove, furnace, 13,500 BTU air conditioner, and water heater all work flawlessly. The tires are like-new as they were just put on last summer. When the tires were replaced, the wheel bearings were re-greased also. All of the plumbing works fine, including the outdoor shower. The radio powers two speakers mounted on the ceiling. There are hook-ups for a small tv that could be mounted on top of the refrigerator. The awning works but is starting to weather.
