This is an older camper that has done us years of camping when our kids were little. Sleeps up to 8 if you have little kids. Two bunk beds in middle of camper, one bed when table folds down - not quite a full queen, and one bed above the small queen in front.

Newer E rated tires. New AC 13,500 btu 4 years ago. 
Fridge is a tri power, 12vdc, AC 110, or propane.
Stove works, 5 gal water heater that is propane. Built rack in back to carry grill, accessories. It does have water damage in spots, I have repaired the roof and sealed it up good, two coats of the thick "paint" that Excel in Smith Center uses.
