Jayco's 806 is the smallest camper in the Jay series line of pop-up camping trailers. Jayco's pop-up campers function like a combination of a camping tent and an RV. They have the convenience and basic features of an RV, but they are easier to transport and cheaper to maintain.

The 806 is 11 feet, 9 inches long when traveling and 16 feet, 2 inches long when fully set up. The unit folds down to 59 inches for transportation. The 806 has two beds, one double bed at the front of the unit and one twin bed at the rear. In between the two beds, the 806 has a kitchen section with a dinette. The 806 can sleep 5 to 6 people.

This camper is dry inside - no leaks in the roof.  No rot in the floor or walls.  Looks to have been dry its entire life.

There are some tears in the cloth portion of the camper - many have been repaired with tape.  Will need more work on the sides

There are no appliances that are working on this camper.  No stove.  No water.  Refrigerator is still on the unit, but in unknown working condition.  Inside lights and taillights do not work currently.

Uses 1-7/8" Ball Hitch.
