Like new. Only reason selling stepped up to S&W shield plus. Ran about 200 rouind through runs great. Has the high viz sights. Will give the buyer a chance to purchase any or all of my 380 ammo inventory. Have 430 rounds of ball ammo for $.80 per round and 120 rounds of self denfense for $1.00 per round. Will have to fill out transfer paper work at FFL dealer for the gun. Have a FFL dealer in Garden City that charges $20
