Ashley brand furniture. Couch $225 Love Seat $100. I would be willing to sell them separately, but prefer to sell together.  Both pieces still recline and are in good working order.  The material on the couch is the microfiber. They are both dirty, but will look great once cleaned up.  The middle cushion on the couch folds down and has 2 cup holders, and comes with the massaging backrest with 2 settings,  low and high, and it still works great!!  There is some wear and tear on the couch on the foot rests, but is not too noticeable.  On the love seat, the console hinges are in pretty rough shape, but i think you can get new ones, and on the love seat one of the cup holders is missing and the other is pretty rough.  These couches are very heavy, and are in the basement, so make sure to bring help. Depending on pick up time my husband could help load them.
