The engine will start but has a knock in it, as you can see in the video the hydrostrat does work.  Only one tire holds air, the others are leaking around the bead, probably from being flat for years and are a couple of holes that could be plugged.  This tractor sells with it's 4 foot mower deck. From what I've seen on asking prices, this tractor could part out well over $1000.  Call 785-658-3687 and leave a message, I will get back with you.  Reasonable Offers Considered
