2011 Cougar 327RES, I've been the only owner. I've added a second TV in the bedroom, added a 2nd AIr Conditioner and upgraded the power inverter.  Back bumper also pulls out for bike, bbq, firewood, cooler storage, etc.  Has a total of 3 slides (one for the bedroom and two oversize ones for the living area). Main living area is very open and spacious. Also has a wireless remote which controls the awning, outside lights, slide outs, and landing gear so you can rise and lower to hitch up without having to get out of your truck to make adjustments. No tears or stains in upholstery, was a no children camper. Everything works.  Has extra long couch that makes into another bed.  I have all the original user manuals and the original camper brochures.
