Very nice first-time camper. Many new items such as new blinds and booth cushions; new toilet; new hardwood floors; new mattress; new fridge and microwave; new air conditioner; new tires and jack; new wiring harness and taillights. It has been a good first trailer for us. Our kids are in college and no longer need it for camping. This is the reason why we are selling. Trailer hitch fits a 2 5/16" ball. Camper sold as is.
