Polaris Scrambler 90

Has been in storage for a couple years, I got it out and put in a new battery and it won't start. I have tried kick starting it but got tired of that quickly. 
This thing is not perfect, it has been rode and wrecked over the years.

Looking to sell as is and get it out of my shop.
