Project or parts bike. It ran when I bought it. The bike shut off on me while I was riding it. Not sure what went wrong. I can turn the engine with the spark plugs removed, but it's difficult. Has a good battery, it just needs charged. Tires are in good shape. Paint is okay. The bike is as shown, except a little dusty from being stored. Comes with two extra sets of handlebars. Has a new starter
