Awning is in great shape. Tires are in good shape.
Has stove top, refrigerator,  microwave, hot water heater, tv and tv antenna, furnace with thermostat, air conditioner.  Carbon dioxide and smoke detectors.  Full bathroom with tub and shower.
Fresh, grey and black water tanks with monitors. 2 propane tanks.

It's a great camper. We have decided to upgrade to 5th wheel camper.
