Classic OMC Lawnboy from the early 70's.  Top belt drive...bet you'll never see another one like it.  Runs good. Belt drive works as it should. Missing the top belt cover... Its a rare piece so finding that cover is tricky but there are resources.. I have one but it doesn't fit correctly.  Unique mower if you want one for your collection..Or maybe you want to start a collection..IDK.  Anyway, I wouldn't recomend this for your daily driver but It does cut grass pretty nicely...
