Mower has been fully serviced and is ready to go for the season. Recent service included - Blade sharpening; deck was fully greased with all bearings replaced a year ago; the hydros were serviced with new hydraulic oil and filter; new engine oil and filter; and new air filter.  

The mower has a Kohler 18 hp engine which starts quickly, runs smooth, and strong. 52-inch, heavy duty, 3-blade, side discharge deck cuts level and easily adjusts up and down with an electric power fold option. Power fold also folds up deck to allow easy access to underside and blades. Working headlights. Working parking brake. Tires are in good condition. 

Working hour meter shows 1,160 actual hours.
