Service Dept

This position is in our prep & delivery area. Duties include checking and ensuring that all systems are working properly and walking customer through their new RV demonstrating how all systems function. Basic mechanical knowledge required and we train you on the rest. Must provide your own basic hand tools. Duties include scheduling service appointments, creating work orders, updating customers with repair progress, ensuring proper repairs, updating work orders and billing.This is a full time year around position with excellent pay and benefits including paid health insurance.
