Car is pretty worn out with 250k on it. Engine still seems like it has more to give, but the automatic transmission is shot, having no reverse or overdrive, not to mention slipping. Bought it as a parts car and haven't gotten around to swapping anything more than the seats and door panels with my DD. 

Car has two near new tires with a few thousand miles on them and two tires under half tread. 

Might make for a decent track or derby car, but not much else.
