I build these upon order. They are built for extreme duty use in fire suppression and prescribed burning, but have all component materials to lend perfectly to chemical spraying:

*Baffled (4 internal compartments) 75 gallon tank. 1/2 inch thick copolymer polypropylene, UV stabilized.

*GX160 Honda Engine

*Hypro D30GRGI diaphragm pump. Performance extremes: 580 psi, 9.5 gpm

Reelcraft hose reel with 85 ft of 1/2 in hose. Adjustable pattern nozzle.

Separate 1/2 in hose whipline to go into UTV cab with 2nd nozzle; to be operated from seat.

Pressure regulator with gauge and tank return (bypass and chemical agitation).

Auxillary port, 1/2 in, for potential to run boomless nozzle or booms.

All lines are valved.

Storage compartment on top to accommodate drip torch and designed to hold several 2.5 gal standard chemical jugs.

Set-up pictured is 75 gal, and will fit nicely (payload and dimensions) into most of the modern, full size UTVs.

However, I build the tanks; we can adjust size to your liking.
