100k on 5.3 engine with 799 heads upgraded oil pump unknown cam ls2 timing set patriot gold single beehive .600 lift springs is on speed density tune 
50k on transmission has in cab temp gauge 
Fabtech 6inch lift 
Rockstar Xd 20x10 wheels with near new 35s 
Truck interior has heated leather seats driver seat bottom ditches ripped arm rest shows wear and side of drivers seat all other are great has touchscreen radio brand new Bose door speakers front and rear truck is factory Bose system has 3 gauge pillar with boost/fuel pressure/trans temp
Has a hammerhead full bumper prerunner replacement with winch plate

truck needs the following but will be getting replaced longer I keep it and money allows for the repairs 

Truck is running on a base speed density tune idles like it’s got a cam in it but unknown what it is truck is driveable I have put 3000 or more miles on it with this motor in it 

Front shocks replaced they leak
Front cv shafts rebooted the boots are cracked 
Clockspring in the steering wheel for the controls and air bag to work again 
Windshield is cracked but never got messed with for it
