I had this 'complete set-up' on my 1996 Harley 'Soft-tail' Custom'...I had the 'NEW' higher 'Dyna Wide Glide' handlebars put on it 'new' before I ever rode it out of the Harley showroom...used the same 'stock/original' cables that were on the 'Soft-tail Custom' new and also the same '5 inch chrome risers' and 'top-plate' that were original to the 'Soft-tail' when it was new...with these risers the handlebars were right at around '14 inches' high' and 'very comfortable' to ride with all day on trips and such...for my 'retirement' present' to myself I put a set of 18 inch 'apehangers' on my 'Soft-tail Custom' and took all this off as the cables were too short for the apehangers and the risers were 'too tall' for the apehangers...the 'Dyna Handlebars' are 'like new'...'riser's' are 'like new'...'top plate' has some 'comestic differences' in the 'chrome plating' but 'really good shape'...and the 'complete set of 'cables' (two throttle cables, one for 'throttle' and one with 'spring' for 'return idle'...one 'clutch cable'...and one 'front brake line')...are all in 'EXCELLENT' shape and working order! ...all four 'cables/brake line' are 'stock' original' to a '1996 Harley 'Soft-tail' Custom' but will fit many other Harley's throughout many 'years/models' as well!...and they are the 'same cables' I used with the 'Dyna Wide Glide' handlebars mounted on the '5 inch risers'...so the 'length' was good for this set-up' on my '96 Harley Soft-tail' and 'should' be good on other 'Harley's' also...'
