Barton Community College is seeking Adjunct Faculty members to instruct courses for the Scales Technology Certificate. Candidates will be asked to provide instruction on the proper installation, use, maintenance and certification of weighing and measuring devices. Successful candidates should have a background in a mechanical and/or electronics field. Experience with digital scales, including their installation, service and repair, in addition to two years of scale industry experience is preferred. Class schedules are flexible, but typically meet for 3 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Positions available on the Great Bend campus and in the Junction City area.
