We bought with the intention to remodel. We are the second owner. We have began some work but have acquired a bigger camper. The pros; I had the bearings repacked and new tires in August of last year. Structurally its very sound. It doesn't seem to leak now, although as I will mention in my con's, it has leaked in the past. The interior cushions are original to the camper and are all in good shape, no tears rips, stains. The refrigerator and stove are in working order. The toilet is as well. The shower also works. The con's; I have attached pictures of a few of the concerns. It has had leaks in the past and I was in the process of replacing a few wall panels under windows that have some water damage. The hot water heater is inop. The water lines by the water tank began leaking when last we took it out. It doesn't have a/c, however I removed the front window (see pics) to fit a 110 window unit, and it seems to cool it just fine. Would make a great starter camper, I have all the tow hook ups including sway bar and load leveling hitch and bars. All the electrical works, including trailer lights. $1750
