The customer changed part of his orginal plan so therefore we have these trusses left over. They have been stored indoors except for the couple weeks they were on the jobsite. The bands have been on the trusses since the day they were built and they are in great condition!

The original price for a stack of trusses like this would run around $1,000. We are discounting it 40% and offering this deal to you at $600!

We have 12 Common Trusses and 1 Gable Truss spanning 24 feet 2-1/2 inch. The roof pitch is a 5.8/12 which is just under a 6/12. They are designed as a residential truss on 2 foot spacing to the 2012 IRC Building Code. There is a 2 foot overhang on both ends for soffit.

This will put a roof a building with a size of 24 feet 2-1/2 inch by 24 feet building! There is only one gable truss that needs to be fully supported on the end wall. If you plan on adding on to your house with an addition around this size, you will only need the one gable truss. If you plan on building a free standing garage or something, we can always build another gable truss or more common trusses to increase the length of the building!

We can delivery the trusses to you for a fee is $2 per mile or you can pick them up from our location for free! Tax will be charged if you're located in Oklahoma. We will deliver the trusses to a radius of around 220 miles from our shop.
