Have a studio 1 bedroom apartment available. I am a college student currently living there and would like to move back home. I have a year lease which started in August. It is in a very nice neighborhood. Rent 400 + Midwest energy. Water/sewage, and trash are paid for. Pets are accepted but on a case to case bases 

It is no where close to campus, but still a very nice little place to live while attending school. 

Want to try to be out at the end of month.
