Me and my wife love this camper but it is too big we are looking for a small pop-up camper or a four wheeler/Gator something that we would use more everything works on the camper please email me if you're interested and I can give you more details and pictures I have the title in hand. I am currently in active duty military and don't have time to use it as much as I would like and my wife is not comfortable towing something so large. It has a shower/bath A couch that folds out to a bed a table that folds out to a bed bunkbeds and a king size bed a total of 6 to 8 people to sleep a kitchen and a full-size fridge it was a FEMA trailer ,  no leaks and no problems with anything it does not have tanks .
