Great running Yamaha Banshee, it has had some serious work done to the engine/transmission, not just bolt-ons.  I have some land that you can test ride it on.  Just don't ride it much, time for it to go.  Would consider trades.  I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff about it in the list below.  The lower end of the engine was built to handle more power than it's currently making, so a guy could put a Cheetah on it or alcohol with confidence.
