You are looking an a nearly NEW condition pair of 2000 Mercury 225 XL Optimax outboards. Both motors have been well maintained and show little signs of wear. Standard rotating motor is used with 500 hrs. compression is excellent and even in all cyls. New plugs, water pump, filters etc. and it runs great. Counter motor has been rebuilt with new rings, bearings and pistons. It also has new filters water pump & lower unit oil. The motor has been tested and runs great. Used motor comes with a 90-day warranty. Rebuilt motor has a 1-year warranty.

Both motors have had new fuel rails and various other parts installed. These are the cleanest motors that I’ve worked on in a while. I have wiring harnesses as well as tie bar kit that goes along with the motors. I also have a new set of binnacle mount controls available at an additional cost.
