California residents through the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), have specific options related to their personal information. They may:

• Request personal information be deleted
• Request to opt-out of the sale of personal information
  • Nex-Tech Classifieds does not sell and has not sold personal information for the past 12 months. If at any point in the future this were to change, an option to opt-out will be provided in the Account Settings.
