I have a NV1500 manual transmission out of a 99 two wheel drive S10. I was told that it has 120,000 miles on it and had no problems with it. I bought it and it didn't fit in my truck. It fits a 2.2L. Call or text (620) 617-5268 its located in Hoisington now but I go back and forth to Pratt weekly.
