We have 2 slightly used IHS Cool Air 4000s.  The IHS Cool Air 4000 is a portable air cooler and humidifier. It creates a cool refreshing breeze for only pennies a day.  Great for cooling enclosed outdoor spaces or for zone cooling in the kitchen, bedroom or family room.
