Description

2 Vans, 1 price.

I prefer to sell these vans together if at all possible, but I'm sure we could work something else out if you only want one.  I'm open to a variety of possible trades and am currently specifically looking for an '80-'86 Ford Extended cab 2WD pickup with V8 (351 Windsor, 400, or 460), automatic, and manual windows and door locks.

Van #1- silver 1988 Toyota Cargo Van
Good: New shocks all around and a new exhaust system.  Automatic transmission with the heavy duty leaf sprung rear suspension. This van was done up as a conversion van when new, which got redone in sort of a TIKI theme by my daughter and I when we acquired it. It has 17X,XXX miles and still runs like a top!  The famous Toyota reliability is evident. I have a repair manual that I will include with this van. We were in the process of getting it ready for longer road trips and have all of the coolant hoses, new thermostat, radiator cap, brake pads, brake hoses, and caliper rebuild kits and hardware purchased for it that will go with the van.
Bad: My daughter T-boned a truck that pulled out in front of her on her way to school one day.  The front end was pushed into the mechanicals for the brakes and steering. It was drivable enough to get it home, and it's driveable enough to put it on a trailer, but it needs to be fixed before it can be driven on the roads again.  The cost to repair it is likely more than the value of the van.

Van #2 - copper 1984? Toyota Passenger Van
Good: 5 speed.  Good glass and some good interior parts and options like power seats and windows, the OEM refrigerator console, and sunroofs.  Has the more comfortable riding coil spring rear suspension. Could use the hard to find front bumper on this van to help in fixing van #1.
Bad: This was an abandoned vehicle I bought from a towing company to use for trim parts on Van #1 before that one was wrecked.  There is no key and no title as I purchased it from the towing company that way.  I have no idea what, if anything, is actually wrong with it.  Rusty around the edges.  The front end was redesigned between this one and the silver one, so the front grill and headlight trim and marker lights are different and can't be used to help fix the silver van.

A few notes on both vans:
They both have the super reliable fuel injected 4YEC engines that are commonly found in the Toyota forklifts.  These would be great parts donors for another Toyota van or a Toyota forklift in need of an engine.

Both vans have been sitting for about 2 years and are a little dusty, but I NEED them gone.  The silver van fired right up when I put a battery in it to move it a couple days ago. The copper one is more difficult to move as the steering wheel and front wheels are locked straight ahead since it has no key to unlock the steering column.
