Golf Ball Coehorn Bronze Mortar all hand machined hardware and Oak sled. The bore is 1.750 that for the wind-age a golf ball measures 1.680.

The base of the bore has the same radii as the bore is no air space and the powder chamber is also tapered like the original were it hold

This Mortar is for the seriously collector not for a novice just for shooting to make a bang. I'll have some more affordable ones lined up for the 4th of July for that OK

Their is a lot of work involved in making this with all the hardware but if you'd just like the barrel it's $175 with the base and brass hardware it's $275.00. Sorry about that but them bolts are a pain in the butt to make along with the nuts and trunnion caps but the over all appearance is great. I'll be making some 1045 CR steel ones later for $75 bucks barrel only powder coated black in May ready for the 4th of July.

This little mortar will throw a golf-ball well over a half mile just bring it to your golf course and play 18 holes:-) probably give them old timer a heart attack with a full load the powder chamber holds the following

Meal D black powder 140 grains

Meal D Black powder 140

Meal D is a powder type black powder and this works the best for Mortars gives a hell of a Bang for your bucks.
